If you live in Glasgow and haven't ever visited Loop and Scoop - what are you doing?! You are seriously missing out! It was a cold, autumnal Monday evening and my friends and I decided this was the perfect time to drive to Loop and Scoop - a bit ironic considering the weather, however this was the best idea we could have had! Coming from an Italian family I find it very difficult to find pasta at a restaurant that still hits the same taste buds as the pasta that is made by my Italian grandma.
